What is Agritourism? It is loosely defined as travel that combines agricultural or rural settings and products within a tourism experience. It includes providing visitors with a broad spectrum of agriculturally-based experiences ranging from fruit and vegetable stand shopping (direct farm marketing) to winery, orchard, garden and alpaca tours, from farm-based bed and breakfast accommodation, to participation in harvest festivals, farmer's markets and cattle drives.

Agritourism advantages for farm operators include: developing new consumer market niches, increasing awareness of local agricultural products, creating greater appreciation of the importance of maintaining agricultural land uses, providing farm family members with on-site employment opportunities, and strengthening the long-term sustainability for farm businesses.

Tresana, riche en verdure, touche le visiteur par ses dimensions réduites et par la manière dont elle est retranchée sur les collines.
VISITE DU CENTRE HISTORIQUE
La particularité de ce bourg est d’avoir décentralisé son propre siège administratif (siège communal ainsi que divers services) au sein de la fraction de Barbarasco.
Le bourg se distingue également par de majestueux restes de la tour quadrangulaire et par les ruines de son antique château qui remontent à l’époque Lombarde.
Château Malaspina de Tresana
L’imposant complexe des ruines du château, en attente de restauration, se trouve dans un endroit inattendu, dominant le minuscule bourg situé au-dessous.
La base d’une puissante tour quadrangulaire, décorée de voûtes et des troncs des deux donjons en pierre, est encore bien visible.
Château Malaspina de Villa
Il s’agit d’une simple construction à base quadrangulaire, composée de donjons cylindriques aux sommets opposés.
